Bandra-Worli Sea Link

Worli was one of the original seven islands combined to create the modern metropolis of Mumbai. Today, it is a pivotal location that connects Nariman Point and Bandra-Kurla Complex, two significant economic districts in the city.

• Consider using the Bandra-Worli Sea Link: The Bandra Worli Sea Link has cemented itself as a component of the city's identity since it first opened to the public in 2009. It is of India's longest sea-crossing bridges in this eight-lane engineering wonder. This 20,000-tonne bridge connecting two locations is constructed, so that stay cables provide stability. Even earthquakes measuring seven on the Richter Scale won't damage it since it features seismic arresters. The bridge is attractive in and of itself; however, if you want to see the entire bridge, go to Bandra Fort. At sunset, the view is breathtaking. • Wander about Worli Sea Face: A trip o Mumbai is incomplete without a few strolls along Worli Sea Face. The vast Arabian Sea stretches into infinity while the magnificent Mumbai skyline serves as a backdrop, making for hours of enjoyable time. It is one of the best locations in Mumbai to take advantage of the rain and chow down some pakoras from the nearby street food vendors. • Become fully immersed in science: The Nehru Science Centre is the top destination for all science enthusiasts. India's largest interactive science museum features more than 500 interactive science displays.

There is an exhibit for every field of science, covering anything from light and kinematics to sound and mechanics to energy and more. Their distinctive 3D presentation is popular with schoolchildren, and they often hold workshops, contests, and other events.

The Nehru Planetarium is a must-see location for astronomy enthusiasts. Although it includes a sizable cinema theatre where shows are shown frequently, the biggest draw is the variety of cubicles they have on site. • Travel to the Haji Ali Dargah One of Mumbai's most well-liked tourist destinations is this 600-year-old structure, situated on an islet off the coast of Worli. The Peer Haji Ali Shah Bukhari Memorial was erected in 1431 and is the subject of several myths. • Learn about the old-school fishing community of Mumbai: The Kolis, or the original inhabitants of Mumbai, were a society of traditional fishermen who resided in Koliwadas, or residences that opened to the sea. Enormous fishing markets will greet you as you enter these Koliwadas. You'll encounter little houses with mainly friendly occupants as you navigate the winding paths. If you're fortunate enough to make friends there, you'll also be able to sample real Koli food and learn more about their way of life. Visit Worli Fort, next to the Worli Koliwada, for a beautiful perspective of the Bandra skyline and the Bandra-Worli Sea Link. • Take in the magnificient view of Mumbai's skyline by Aer: From Aer, a rooftop restaurant in Worli, you can see how the colors of Mumbai's cityscape shift at dusk and brighten as night falls. The rooftop at the Four Seasons Hotel, which is on the hotel's 34th floor, has a sweeping view of all the nearby towers. The upbeat music and mouthwatering cuisine enhance the entrancing vista.
