Chapelle Imperiale

This miniature structure was constructed in 1864 and is the only building in town that was planned under the preferences of Empress Eugenie. At the queen's request, the architect Boeswillwald built the imperial chapel on the imperial estate at Biarritz in 1865. The chapel is located on the grounds of the imperial estate.
